About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Aggressive Sales Representative to join
our dynamic team. This is a challenging and rewarding role for individuals who thrive in a fast-
paced environment and are driven to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities,
develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and effectively present and close
sales.
Prospect and qualify leads: Utilize various channels (e.g., warm and cold calling, email
marketing, networking) to identify and qualify potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals: Effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close
deals that meet both customer and company objectives.
Build and maintain customer relationships: Provide excellent customer service,
address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Track and report on sales activity: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze
sales data, and goal targets.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Contribute to team goals and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales: Minimum 3-years of experience in Digital and
Legacy advertising sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented and driven: Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong desire to
exceed targets.
Competitive spirit and resilience: Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and
overcome challenges.
Strong work ethic and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage
time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools: Experience with, e.g., Keap,
Infusionsoft, Salesforce, HubSpot].
Bachelors degree preferred.
