Full-Time Legal Assistant with
at least 1-2 full years of immigration experience to our team.

About the Position: Starting in 2025, we're moving to a
4-day work week (40 hours), working
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break. This unique schedule allows you to enjoy a three-day weekend every week!
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with family-based immigration cases such as I-130, I-485, I-765, I-360, I-589, I-864, I-140, N-400, I-90 and more
- Organize and manage case files with attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
- Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently
- Use MS Office, MyCase, and Docketwise to support case management
What We're Looking For: - Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; College education is a plus
- Experience: At least 1-2 full years of experience handling family-based immigration cases (required)
- Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Skills: Positive, organized, and proactive with excellent time management and customer service skills

Compensation: - Pay Rate: $21 - $23 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Expected Hours: 40 per week
